The room had a private bathroom with a bidet, tv, and a cozy seating area. Breakfast was a highlight, with organic juices and freshly baked croissants. Super nice team with ticket arrangements for the castle. Plus, you could see the fine snowy mountains from the dining area. Free parking made it easy to explore!

the location was ideal down to the lake and easy for visiting a museum and a palace walking distance to the hotel. a terrace and a balcony were available in our superior room. the staff were outstandingly helpful and very amiable.

A basic but excellent hotel all around. Good food, amazing personalized service and a location that can't be beat... and it's a good deal on top of all of that. I'm typically a person who enjoys posh hotels and this place isn't posh, but the friendly, hard-working staff exceeded my wildest dreams for a hotel of any class.

I have a few minor things I could mention but nothing worth noting.

This place suits me perfectly! It offers free Wi-Fi, a great restaurant, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me find local food delivery. I highly recommend it and will be back for Christmas.

Perfect and particularly good location, in front of a bus stop and also very close to a castle and a palace. Found in the incredibly beautiful area.

The room had a balcony with a view of a castle , made mornings special. I appreciated the convenience of being able to walk to both castles. The breakfast was good. Being from Rome, I enjoyed the charm of the countryside and the peaceful atmosphere.

There was limited flexibility at check-in, and I noticed some areas could use updating.

The offered breakfast was generous and outstanding and included a wide range of options. View over the castle was spectacular, the room was generous-sized and well-appointed. Location: the hotel was near to a Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein as well as Hohenschwangau castle, Neuschwanstein castle, and the beautiful Alpsee lake...

It was perfect and exceptionally clean hotel. The room was new-fashioned and top-notch with a brilliant view over the side of the venue and down to the lake. Liked the attached restaurant for our dinner.

The hotel was perfectly located to visit the beautiful castles Neuschwanstein and Hogenschwengau. The staff were excellent both on terms of service and ability to provide information on the area. The room was large, clean and beautifully decorated.

Temperature control issues in rooms need addressing!!! Difficulty accessing the upper floors for families could pose a significant concern!!!
